Impressive half yearly figures from Dortmund-based UC-specialist

The first six months of 2015 were characterised by an impressive and profitable growth for the Unified Communications specialist Swyx. The rate of increase in sales amounted to a substantial 40 percent over the same period last year. However, the overall increase was also reflected by a significant growth of employees and by the expansion of the cloud partnerships with both national and international partners.
The success of Unified Communications specialist Swyx has always based on several foundations that have resulted in its continued growth including the first half of 2015. The rate of increase in sales amounted to a substantial 40 percent over the same period in 2014 and was accompanied by the filling of both vacant posts and newly created positions. 15 new full-time employees joined the Swyx team by August 2015 contributing their expertise in the fields of development, sales, support and project management towards the strong growth of the company. And as sustainable corporate success is always the result of intensive youth development, Swyx is one of several renowned supporting companies of a local joint scholarship programme and awarded two scholarships for Computer Science to students of the Technical University Dortmund.
New Cloud Cooperations and Business Models
The way forward for Swyx’s further expansion was also paved by the 20 international partners who within the past six months have chosen SwyxWare Compact for DataCenter to offer their own Swyx-based cloud services to their clients. Furthermore since June, the cooperation between Swyx and the Deutsches Mittelstandsrechenzentrum (DMRZ) – an independent data center organisation that helps SMEs migrate towards the cloud – offers new and existing Swyx resellers the opportunity to integrate tailor-made cloud-based services into their portfolio and to fully pass on these advantages to their customers.
